Clarcona and Winter Garden Locations Remain Without Power Following Hurricane Irma

September 12, 2017 – ORLANDO, FL – Orange County Tax Collector Scott Randolph today announced that five of the seven Tax Collector offices in Orange County will reopen for business tomorrow, Wednesday, September 13 at 9:00 am. The open locations are as follows:

The Tax Collector’s Clarcona office, located at 4101 Clarcona Ocoee Rd. in Orlando, and Winter Garden office, located at 14035 West Colonial Dr. in Winter Garden, remain without power following Hurricane Irma and will reopen once power is restored and computer networks are tested and fully operational.

Randolph asked customers to be patient following the reopening and warned that state computer system outages could impact service. “We ask all of our customers to be patient with our customer service professionals as we may experience an influx of customers and technical issues following the storm,” Tax Collector Scott Randolph said.

Customers whose Appointments were Impacted by Closures

Customers whose appointments were cancelled Monday and Tuesday at all seven locations, and those whose appointments will be impacted at Clarcona and Winter Garden tomorrow, are encouraged to visit any open office for service.
