Holiday Office Hours for the Orange County Tax Collector’s Office

As we celebrate the holiday season, the Orange County Tax Collector’s Office will be making adjustments to its office hours to allow our staff to spend time with their loved ones. Here’s what you need to know to plan ahead.

OCTC Office Closure Dates
Our offices will be closed from December 23rd to December 27th. During this period, there will be no in-person services available at any of our office locations.

State of Florida Office Closure Dates
Governor Ron DeSantis announced that in addition to Christmas Day and New Years Day, state offices will also be closed on December 23rd, December 24th, and December 31st for the holidays.

Online and Mail Services Remain Available
While our offices are closed, you can still complete many essential transactions online or by mail. Here’s how:

  • Driver License Renewals: Late fees for driver license renewals will be waived during this closure period.
  • Driver Licenses, IDs, and More: Visit the MyDMV Portal at mydmvportal.flhsmv.gov to renew or replace your driver license or ID, update your information, and access other services.
  • Online Registration and Tag Renewals: Renew your vehicle tag with MyEasyGov at payment.myeasygov.com to receive your renewal by mail.
  • Property Tax Payments: You can pay your property taxes online by visiting www.octaxcol.cbmstage.com/paymytaxes.
