Clerk of Courts Tiffany Moore Russell and Tax Collector Scott Randolph officially opened the Clerk’s Office new Sand Lake Service Center on February 9, 2016.
They hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the Center, which is co-located at an existing Tax Collector’s Office in South Orange County.
Tax Collector Scott Randolph invited the Clerk’s Office to join forces last year and to move into the site, allowing the Clerk’s Office to expand services to customers in South Orange County for little to no cost for the space.
The Sand Lake Service Center will operate much like the Clerk’s Office Goldenrod Service Center. This office will offer driver’s license reinstatements, receive payments for fines, process marriage license applications and more.
This is the first time in recent memory that the Clerk’s Office has launched a remote location inside another county agency facility. This center will provide increased convenience and service to citizens in South Orange County, who to this point have not had convenient access to the Clerk’s Office.
