Detach and return the notice to Property Tax Department, P.O. Box 545100, Orlando, FL 32854 with payment made payable to “Scott Randolph”.

Pay In Person

Visit any of our office locations. For faster service, make an appointment.

Real Estate Tax Deed

Contact the Tax Department at 407-434-0312 (Option 2) for Tax Deed Payoff Amount or other Information.

Checks & Certified Funds

Make payable to "Orange County Tax Collector" or “Scott Randolph”.

Delinquent Taxes

Delinquent taxes can be paid in person or by mail by the following methods: cash (in person only), certified/ cashier's check, money order, or check made payable to "Orange County Tax Collector" or “Scott Randolph”. We do not accept personal or business checks for delinquent taxes.

2024-2025 Important Tax Dates

11-01-2024

November 1

First day to pay taxes and assessments.

Now through 02-28-2025

Before March 1

File for new exemptions with the Property Appraiser.

03-31-2025

March 31

Taxes and assessments are due. Payment must be received by our office by this date regardless of the postmark date.

04-01-2025

April 1

Unpaid real estate taxes are delinquent (3% minimum mandatory charge plus fees will be imposed).

Unpaid tangible personal property taxes are delinquent (interest accrues at a rate of 1.5% per month plus advertising and fees).

Tax warrants are issued for all unpaid tangible personal property taxes.

April 30

Deadline for Installment Plan Application.

05-01-2025

May 1

Interest plus fees are imposed. 

05-30-2025 at 4:30 PM

Friday, May 31

Last day to pay real estate taxes without a lien. Full payment must be physically received in our office by Friday, May 30, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. regardless of the postmark date.

06-01-2025 at 8:00 AM

Installment Payment Plan

Orange County taxpayers may choose to pay their taxes through a quarterly Installment Payment Plan. To qualify for the plan, the taxpayer must be current on their taxes and their prior year taxes must exceed $100.00. Taxpayers must complete and return the Installment Payment Plan Application no later than May 1.

Applications for the Installment Payment Plan are found online.  Just search for your Property and click on the Installment Plan Application button.

Installment Payment Plan Dates

The first and second installments are based on ¼ of the previous year’s taxes. The third and four installments are ½ of the remaining actual tax liability for the current year.

  • 1st Installment — ¼ of the total estimated taxes discounted at 6%. Payment is due June 30
  • 2nd Installment — ¼ of the total estimated taxes discounted at 4.5%. Payment is due September 30.
  • 3rd Installment — ¼ of the total estimated taxes plus ½ of the adjustment for actual tax liability discounted at 3%. Payment is due December 31st.
  • 4th Installment — ¼ of the total estimated taxes plus ½ of the adjustment for actual tax liability. Payment is due March 31st.

Delinquent installment payments must be paid in full with the next installment payment. Unpaid installments are delinquent on April 1 and are subject to the same rules that apply to delinquent taxes.
